The Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland’s Adult & Dislocated Worker Program empowers adults with high quality career services, training and supportive services. All of our services are at no cost to you!

The Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland/Southern Maryland JobSource Adult & Dislocated Workers program offers individualized career coaching services for eligible individuals 18 years and older. 

Eligibility Requirements:

In order to take advantage of the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult Program, individuals must meet the following eligibility requirements: 

  • 18 years or older
  • Income Eligibility
  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, or documented immigrant
  • All clients must maintain regular contact with case managers based on parameters outlined in first appointment
